Taking training to a whole new level….-130C to be precise
Frankly we’re fed up of running round parks (or walking in my case). Lovely as London parks are, we need to step it up now in our highly scientific highly tuned training regime….and so on saturday we shall be descending on the Kriotherapy Center in London….just -130C, nothing much really. In fact i find the whole thing slightly mind boggling to say the least - surely one would just die??? Should be entertaining, as long as my brittle body doesnt just crumble under it all.

Hey Sean & Ed,
Chins up! Stiff upper lips & all that. I love snowshoeing. What experiences! Good luck with it all!
PS: If you’re tired of running after the Nth Pole marathon, no worries, just take up swimming instead so you can swim it in 10 years time. *) You’ll have to smear yourself with polar bear fat for protection from the cold though and they might be hard to find if the ice is gorn.
